Netsight

Netsight is one of the most well-known and respected Zope and Plone consultancies in the UK, providing world-leading expertise to all types of organisation since 1999.

When they were approached by a client looking for technical skills encompassing Zope 2 and 3 with Five and SQL Server, Netsight asked Dan Fairs to provide not only technical skills, but to manage the project day-to-day and train new members of staff.

Over the course of nine months, working both onsite with Netsight and their client, Dan led the team delivering a complete bespoke events management system. This was fully integrated with a number of other internal, Zope-based systems. Using Scrum, Dan worked closely with the client to deal with changing requirements and to manage day-to-day project activities.
